Our Founder and President

When Lou Vizzaccaro founded Paladium in 1980 he was guided by a personal vision of what a construction comapny should be.  Ambitious enough to take on New York's most challenging projects.  Creative enough to turn even the smallest job into something special.

The tough jobs, the most challenging ones-those are the "fun" jobs says Vizzaccaro, the president of Paladium.

Our Specialty

Paladium's specialty is altering and interior renovations.  Whether it be turnig a bare room into a bank branch,a main frame computer installation, redoing an office so that it bears the special stamp of the executive or turning an empty hospital space into a Linear Accelorator or MRI facility.  Between Vizzaccaro and his supervisory staff there are more than 100 years of construcrion experience. "I deal personally with each of my customers" says Vizzaccaro. "There are no middle men."

We are family

Vizzaccaro employs many family members.  Vizzaccaro feels "no one will take care of business better than family".  That is why our clients are always satisfied! This is proven by the repeat business we receive .
